1. What is your turnaround time?
All online order received before 2PM CST. Are printed and shipped the by next day.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from the midwest. The order is shipped the next day if we receive your order with satisfactory artwork before 2PM CST.

3. What is the recommended setting for pressing and peeling?
• Cotton - 330˚for 10 seconds. Peel hot/warm
• Polyester- 315˚for 10 seconds to avoid dye migration. Peel hot/warm
• You can drop temperature all the way down to 275˚for sensitive fabrics like spandex
and lycra. Our c green transfers apply on all most every fabric with excellent
washability
• You can use an iron, but for best results we recommended a heat.
4. How many washes will I get for my finished items?
When applied properly prints on garments should last on average a minimum of 50 washes or at as long as most screen prints. Turning garments inside out can help prolong the life and vibrancy of the print.
5. Can I put more than one item on each sheet?
Yes you may gang up/ fit /or squeeze as many images as you can into any image size your purchase.
6. Why is there a set up fee? What's included in the set up?
Every new order placed is required to have a set up. Included in the set up fee basic artwork modifications like removing the background and basic tweaks. Also included is setting up the white under-base for your artwork and chocking in the under-base to eliminate white peaking from under your art and letters on color shirts. Artwork modifications the require more time like color changes, text changes, blending, and separating will require additional fees.
7. Do you offer color matching.
No we do not. We can dial in colors 95% of the time. However, due to the nature of DTF printing as well as variations in colors on customer end proofing devices, we do not guarantee any color matching.
